Hourly Wage: Full Time; Year-end bonus & credit for previous hours worked

Job Description:

• Dispense medication and document on Point Click Care system
• Shift medication count
• Prepare shift report
• Attend to any falls, wounds or concerns of all Residents
• Provide the best care for residents on a daily basis
• Liaison with family members, Doctors and Pharmacy
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Direct Resident Care and Personal Support Workers

Security & Safety:

• Tuberculosis Test
• Vulnerable Sector Check 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

• Fast-paced work environment
• Must have the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to supervise 5+ RCWs, and PSWs

Required Skills:

• Must have RN or RPN license 
• Tuberculosis Test
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Excellent oral and written communication 
• Organization and attention to detail, flexibility, interpersonal skills, sense of judgment are strong assets
• Must be a team player

Work Days & Hours:

• Monday-Sunday; hours will vary
