Resident Care Worker (R.C.W)

Alliston Part Time 14.89 to $17.20/hour plus shift premiums

Hourly Wage: Full Time; Year-end bonus & credit for previous hours worked

Job Description:

  • Resident Care Workers (RCW) assist and/or perform all activities of daily living.
  • Perform 2 hour checks on all Residents
  • Follow bath, toileting and Pad list
  • Remind Residents of meals, activities, outings, and any appointments and get them ready
  • Document any health issues pertaining to a Resident and report to Nurse
  • Complete daily tick sheets

Skills Required:

  • Caring & Compassion
  • Willing to learn and/or already have an understanding of Resident safety
  • TB test
  • Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Team player

Work Days & Hours Worked:

  • Monday-Sunday
  • Hours will vary
